Every plan returns the same evidence: the same score, the same freshness, the same fields. What you pay for is volume, not a better answer.

The same API key and the same daily quota apply to the
MCP endpoint (https://ip99.com/mcp): send the key as the
X-API-Key header in your MCP client and a paid plan raises MCP lookups too.
Limits are enforced per day and reset at 00:00 Asia/Shanghai. The monthly figures above are what those daily limits add up to — we quote them because that is how this market quotes, but the daily number is the one the API enforces.
What paid plans do not change
- The data is identical. Paid plans do not unlock extra intelligence fields. Finer-grained evidence (per-source detail, 30-day hit counts) is a separate, contracted tier — it needs a data processing agreement, not a credit card.
- The score means the same thing. It measures the freshness and strength of verifiable evidence, not the probability that an address is an attacker.
- No key is required to start. The free tier works with plain
curl; sign in only when you need the higher limit or a key you can revoke.
Billing
- Card payment in USD, handled by Stripe. We never see your card details.
- Cancel any time from the billing portal — your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
